I've reset the AVG already (did it a few days ago). Gas mileage is still about the same. I also did the manual way of computing gas mileage, and it's about 1 mpg more than what the computer says. I drove yesterday in eco mode... and I'm getting about 16 mpg

I have a 16 350 and I have a heavy right foot at times and I average anywhere between 13.9- 18.1 depending on how I drove that week. One week I got 23 but that was a lot of highway driving.

Turned off the ECO light actually. Thing was annoying. I drove like a grandma in ECO mode last night just to see if mileage would improve. I got around 16.5 driving extremely conservatively in ECO

My trips are short too, about 9 miles round trip, all in city, but what kills it is that the speed limits on these roads are 45mph and people are going 60mph, so my avg MPG is always around 17-18 mpg while I go from 0-50mph a few times. It does suck cause even my 2001 BMW 330i could eek out 20+ mpg in city.
EDIT: I should add that I drive a 2014 IS350 F Sport on ECO mode.

I have almost 28K miles and 32 months of ownership. I average about 20-22 and always have. I'm rarely on the highway, it's generally suburb driving with red lights galore.

if the above doesn't fix the issue, shoulda got a rcf haha. I average 14.5-15 all city, sport+, drive like I stole it daily in my 467hp v8 rcf
btw what's eco mode

Frankly I have my doubts whether Sport version makes any difference, engine, transmission are the same. I have 2016 IS350 (regular), RWD, with hardly 2k miles and I am finally able to report some mpg numbers. Before that my driving was mostly city driving and this is very unreliable way to gauge fuel economy, in my (mostly) city driving I have seen numbers like 20 mpg average - nothing better, I was mildly disappointed. But today for the first time I took the car on a long stretch of freeway driving, crossing Nevada and I saw consistently numbers likes 28 mpg at 80 mph and 37 mpg at 60 mph. I think this is pretty good, I can't complain. If you are in Sport mode you are not going to see those numbers since you will rarely be in the top gear, I got those numbers being in the 8-th gear. The bottom line - it may not be the most economical city vehicle but on freeways it does quite well.
