cannot remove oil filter

cannot remove oil filter
well i finally convinced myself to change my own oil. lexus overtorqued the oil cap and i cannot remove it. I have the tool (f cap) ratchet, breaker bar, and still i cant get the filter cap off. anyone else run into this issue?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

no damage actually lol!! on the filter cap there two notches one on each side, i just hit it with a hammer, no damage. I'll get pictures on the next oil change!

Pro tips below...That thing is torqued on there at 250ftlbs.
1. Get a F-type filter wrench
2. Remove the little cap on the botton and drain the filter, it takes a 3/8 if I remember correctly (you do not have to do this but it makes things cleaner
2. Use a flashlight and LOOK at the filter there will be a mark on it with arrows telling you which direction is off and which is on
3. It will NOT be easy to remove use a breaker bar, a long one or a 750 ft-lbs impact wrench.
4 Don't put it back on with an impact wrench, use the breaker bar.
5. Enjoy saving $$$$

250 ft lbs 750 ft lbs HOLY CRAPOLLA. What one off IS is this? Heck what kind of filter needs 7 x times more torque then an average lug nut.

I am taking my IS350 for the free services and then to my buddy Son at Dynamic Auto Services after the freebies. I would only hand tighten the oil filler cap and then use a filter wrench on the oil filter. I would give the filter wrench 1/4 turn or less.
