It's all trial and error though.

2 years later, my setup is still going nicely. very bright. and i've used these particular bulbs in 3 different cars (swapped them over). very durable , no issues.
It would seem there are 3 setups as of now that work. One set of resistors (idk if it matters rear vs front), two sets of resistors (one on front and one on rear), and no resistors at all (in my case that worked).

^Doesn't the front of the facelift IS use the swoosh as the turn signal? In that case, I would suspect less resistance change (or no resistance change/no resistor) is needed to fool the car as now there's only one halogen turn signal vs 2? Or is the rear LED and front incandescent? I forget.

Nope. Front and rear use incandescent bulbs, but for some reason you don’t need resistors for the LED bulbs on the 18’ possibly the 17’ too? I used the bulbs in your write up and tried them out with no resistors just out of curiosity expecting hyperblink and to my surprise it didn’t happen.

If you got the bulbs in the link provided by E46CT try them without resistors and see if they still hyperblink. Someone reported that even a 2014 worked without the resistors with these bulbs.

i think i found out so i didnt touch front turn lights, just replaced rear new led bulbs + resistors, and works fine just rear led. when i put to the front Led bulb hyperflash started, so i think i need to instal 4x resistors, 2front 2 rear...

Oh yeah, I thought you had installed resistors on all 4 corners already. Yeah you need a resistor on each corner that you're installing an LED bulb.

But e46ct said „ do not touch front wires” so thought for example left front and left rear are on one circuit Thats Why i just installed resistory on the rear

Some people reported, which I believe was in this thread, that they had to install resistors on the front and the rear to get the bulbs to work with no hyperblink. It seems to be a guessing game as a few people that have 2018's confirmed that no resistors worked for them the same way it did for me. Try resistors on the front and let us know if it fixed the problem.

Hmmm no I don't are yours not LED already? You're talking about the turn signals on the mirrors right? Not the puddle lights? My car came with the mirror turn signals LED stock.
