Net car show just updated their site for the 2017 IS they now have over 8 pages of photos when just last week it was only 2 pages. Some of the new photos are showing the triple headlights so something tells me it's going to be an option in the US.

It is there.. Even the 16 GS had it. Someone on the gs forum posted about it. Go check out the gs forum. You had to custom order on the 16s

However, dealers will option the Triple LED lights when cars that have the ultra luxury package.

The triple led headlights give the IS a whole different front look. Don't the dealers realize if they would only order a couple 2017 IS with this luxury option with triple led headlights and order them ahead put them in car showrooms these cars are going to sell quickly.

Also if you look at the new pics there not just showing the triple led on the F Sport it's also on the non f sport model.

Is there a single projector now for the LED headlights? I know the HID cars had single projectors, the LED cars had double, but the single projector looks a little cleaner and LFA-ish, IMO. The car looks more aggressive now than the current model, a little too much going on. especially the scoops in the bumper. It might take some getting used to. Personally, I like the grille chrome because it matches the window trim has and red turn signal lights make it look cleaner.

I can see from the picture that the front and rear led turn signals are much smaller than the regulated size in terms of 'single bulb', and I think that's the reason why Lexus can't use this set of lights, which include the tripe headlights in USA.
and btw, that's why we lost all the cool amber sequential turn lights on pretty much every german car who has it. (yeah.. I might just move to Canada..)

Too bad, those triple beam headlights look awesome.
