Default 2017 F Sport Springs

The option on the 2017 IS's is there to add lowering springs to AWD models. Not sure if anyone even cares, but I thought I'd share. Im going to me dealer tomorrow to see if they fit the 2016's...which I believe they should.

When you do please post the specifications (spring rate, amount of drop, etc).

I can't believe they waited 4 yrs into the model year for this. Nevertheless, it's good news to all AWD owners.

Subscribed! Let us know what you find out especially the part number. We might be able to put to rest the question of the F Sport Springs that are meant for RWD only or if they are the same springs.

my guess is that it's RWD only and simply not detailed enough on the site...

They are available to add on on 2017 AWD models. I also confirmed that with my dealer. They have a few 300 and 350's coming in with the springs.

most dealers weren't even aware that the ones currently available were RWD only, that's why I'm skeptical... but hey, if they are real, that's a good thing!

Do the F sport springs make any difference than the stock? (in terms of feel or anything)

So they gave me a part number, but as I expected, it seems to be for the older springs.
