Default Is350 repairs? First lexus

Looking at a 2014 is350 CPO this weekend with 35k miles. Wondering how you all are fairing with maintenance and repairs? Never owned a new/newish car so first leap for me.

Leaning towards lexus for reliability but other considerations are 335i and s4 around 2012-2014. After a lot of reading it seems the general consensus is it's a great handling car, down on power compared to the other two, and more reliable. Reliability is the key point I'm looking for coming from an e46 BMW with 190k miles...

The IS350 will be far closer in feel to your E46 than the other two. It is also more luxurious. However the other two will feel like rockets comparatively. The BMWs are great cars. Go test drive and see how you like it. The S4 will plow into corners compared to the BMW.

I think you might be asking a biased forum. I have a 2016 IS 350 F Sport. I had a 2014 IS 250 F Sport and I did have the battery crap out once, which is an issue with the 2014 250s and 350s. I am a German speaker, but don't like their cars all that much. I left my 350 badge on the IS so the 328 guys don't mess with me, but I think the 335s would rip me a new one. I leave them alone, but I really do like the car.

I owned a 2014 CPO is350 f sport with 38k miles and have no issues with it. I purchased it last year with 23k miles on it. Go for it.

Consumer Reports is the best place to check this kind of info. Sorry to revive an old post... my 'quick reply' on another thread ended up here by accident and won't allow me to delete?
