seat bolster creak when cold
Have had my car in the cold for the first time. First thing in the morning the left drivers side seat bolster creaks under normal movement in the seat. Eventually dies down as it warms up and/or heated seats warm things up. Nonetheless annoying. Anyone else experience this? Is there a fix? Will likely let the dealer know but expect them to say it is normal. Thanks .

(Monday morning bump)
Temperature was about 35 deg this morning and the bolster was creaking / squeaking like crazy as I moved in the seat (just normal movement). Curious if this is 'normal' or not. Thanks!

It's in the shop now (along with another noise). We'll see what the dealer comes up with. Most likely responses will be (sorry for being cynical) - 1) can't reproduce, 2) it's normal - they all do that - it's the seat heaters rubbing against the foam, 3) it's normal wear, 4) we've made a note of it, if it persists you'll be covered by the warranty, distant 5th) we fixed it.

You should hear what sounds it makes when it gets -20F . I have mostly minor creaks that go away when the interior warms up. Expansion and contraction are inevitable on any car. The NX I used to have was way worse than the IS.
