Default Will these wheels fit?

looking to pick up this set of pre-owned RSV wheels and I would like to know how the fitment will be like because I don't want any rubbing issues.
They do seem a little aggressive from what I've read..
19x9 +15 Front - 235/35 Falken Azenis
19x10.5 +38 Rear / 265/35 Falken Azenis
And I am lowered on Swift Springs. Thanks in advance for any answers!

Damn that's unfortunate. They are coming off a 3is too and supposedly needed no fender rolling or anything. It was on air

fronts will not fit without camber arms and fender mods (parts not readily available, wont be easy to fit)

rears will fit with camber arms (ez peezee to do)

if the price is right, you may want to look into rebarreling the fronts

It'll fit, just need to roll all fenders and slight camber in rears.

After going to a few shops to look at wheels, have more or less settled on Volk Racing TE37 Ultra. I do not want the staggered looks, as prefer to have tyre rotation. I would like to ask whether these will fit?

19" 8.5J, PCD 114.3 x 5 and offset 35 or 45?

It has two options of offset 35 and 45... i guess we should get offset 45 for the 3IS? I do not wish to roll fenders or use cambers. Thanks...
