No seat warmers in IS250?
Got 2015 IS250, was very surprised to find out it does not have a seat warmers... sounds more like a joke. I had 2008, 2012 both IS250, all came with warmers and coolers, and 2015 got none? I just cant understand this, soon there will be no difference between Corolla and IS, if it goes as this...

Who knew?
I thought starting in 2015 all IS's had heated and ventilated seats. But, then I searched online for the cheapest 2015 250 that I could find, and sure enough, I found one without the buttons.
I had no idea.

My 2014 IS250 did not have seat warmers - had the dealer install them before I picked the car up. A local custom accessories shop did it in about 3 hours. It looks very professional - switches located above the gear shift lever. Very easy add-on.

Heated and ventilated seats are part of the 'premium package'. I like both (ventilated and heated) features, important for my skiing/beach trips.
To me what is a joke is getting a car without paying attention what exactly you are buying. If you spend as much attention on buying car as
on buying a loaf of bread - yeah, there could be a few surprises.

This. Consider that the differences in cars you look at will affect you both in terms of the car's livability and the weight of your wallet for however long you own it - which might be many years! The only thing I really overlooked with mine was the Mark Levinson sound, which I could have sworn was on it. Eyes tricked me or something. Either way it's not a deal breaker as the stock audio is all right - better than my Camry's was anyway. I definitely tested out the seat heaters even though it was still warm when I bought the car - winters are too damn cold out here in KC to not have them.

Honestly, I rarely have a need to use the heated seats. I have to keep my climate control setting on 68-70 to keep from getting too hot inside the car.
By contrast, my husband's 2015 Toyota Corolla (I know, apples and oranges) has heated seats that you could fry an egg on, but I'm still cold in his car sometimes if it's cold out with the seat on high and heat set at 80.

I am sorry that you feel that way. On a cold day (think, less than 40 degrees F), if I put them on the highest setting they take maybe 2 minutes to heat up, then it's down to the lowest setting to hold the temp. Not really "suck ***".
