It's normal for F sport models, people are averaging anywhere from 10k to 25k and there are many threads about it. It is still way below the average brake pads on other vehicles.

^summed it up.

i changed my fronts at 11k. as said, the pads are high friction (which means they're soft). Like tires.. the more grip, the more wear. No free lunches here.

good thing is the pads (front) are easy to change. see link in my signature.

My 10K mile maintenance was less than encouraging. They changed the oil, changed the cabin air filter and rotated the tires.
2 problems with the tires:
- Their pressure gauge must have been out of whack, when I left the pressure was 50lbs per tire. I went back and they adjusted them.
- I have the asymmetrical tire setup (wider rears than front). Per the owner's manual: Vehicles with front and rear tires of differing sizes
Tires cannot be rotated.
I checked the fronts and they were rotated, I can tell because I curbed one of them and it is now on the other side.
Do I bring it back and make them change the tires back ?

Unless you got unidirectional tires the staggered set up can be rotated from left to right and vice versa. They just cant be rotated front to back and vice versa, but i doubt a Lexus dealership would that( I hope).

To clarify, you should be able to rotate the fronts and rears independently of one another by just switching the front-left tire to the front-right position and so on. This is true of course unless your tires have an asymmetrical tread pattern.

The tires are fine as long as the tires aren't mounted on the wheel backwards and as long as the rears and fronts stay on their respective axles.
