Default Wheel/tire fitment

I am looking to purchase a used set of wheels/tires and want to make sure they will fit my 14 Is250 fsport awd without issues.
I am currently on stock suspension but may be lowering in the near future.
The wheel/tire specs are as follows:
qty (4 ) 18x9.5 5x114.3 38 offset
qty (4) Bridgestone potenza s04 pole position 255/35/18

It seems the new combo will sit 1/2 inch closer to the suspension and stick out (poke) 1 inch further in the front and will stick out (poke) 1 inch further in the rear.

Any one running a similar setup without issues?
Will I need spacers?

thanks,
Dave

Nope, that's a no go for the front, rear would be ok.

I'm running 245/40-18 on 8.5 +35 wheels and had some slight rubbing in the front wheel wells.
