Toe or Camber wear?
I had a stock setup for about 8k miles and have had RSR downs on stock wheels for about 12k miles. (total 20k miles on the car) However i didn't get a chance to get an alignment after installing the lowering springs. With that said, Ive noticed uneven tire threads on the rear wheels but the front wheels are still in good condition (even tire wear)
I commute from Santa Cruz California to San francisco couple times a month where the road is super windy.
Ive read that RSR downs don't affect tire wear that much so am i getting bad tire wear because i didn't get an alignment?
Could this also be due to toe wear instead of camber wear?
Or is it normal for uneven tire wear especially since i drive on windy roads a lot?
Sorry idk why the picture is uploaded upside down

Likely it's toe wear...however the tire is down to the cords, so hard to tell for sure.
If it's only one side, then for sure toe...and camber is not adjustable from factory anyways.
Once you get new tires an alignment is a most.
