Default Extended Warranty

I just purchased a 2015 RX350 Lexus CPO. It has 28k miles and about 11 months left on the 48 mth original warranty + 2 years on the CPO warranty (unlimited miles). I also purchased the Lexus VSA extended warranty for 36 months more (unlimited miles) which gives me a grand total of almost 6 years with $0 deductible (all unlimited miles and it allows me to transfer the warranty if I sell the car at any time during the 6 years). I paid $1595.00 extra for the 36 month warranty. Can anyone tell me if that was a good price for the 36 month VSA extended warranty?

The VSA can be bought from a Toyota or Lexus dealer as they are the same thing. Jerry from Midwest Toyota would be someone i recommend searching and talking to. Also Toby Rivers at Lexus of Shreveport. Finally if you do sell/trade your car you can turn in the unused portion of the warranty for $$$ back.
Toby, made the whole process quick and I researched and found him the cheapest around. Purchased my 10yrs/100k from him.

SO many posts reading through its a bit confsuing
i am wondering if people can help me understand with a reply to this post im making.
so if i buy a lexus from a non lexus dealership but the vehicle still has a warranty on it from lexus it still has to have part of the basic warranty left so it still has to have some of the 4 year 50k base warranty left on it and if it does than i can go to a lexus dealership and purcahse a warranty directialy from the factory ? is this correct ?
also if i get like a 4 year 125k warranty and i purchase it on a 2 year old vehicle with 25k on the miles that i only get 2 more years 100k so its only good until the odo reads 125k and not until i put 125k additional on the car
or is the warrranty extend the current one out an aditional 125k and 4 years ?

also is this services through a thirds party contract that lexus financial uses or is it lexus direclty so its only good at lexus dealerships ?
i know lexus allows me to drive uber with the factory warranty and the CPO warranyt without expiring or voiding the warranty but want to know who this one is through that you get with lexus financial so i know if its direct with lexus then i know they wont void it for using it for rideshare like most of the service contract companys will do aftermarkter contracts void if they find out you drive rideshare

i am confused so you bought a CPO which would come with a min of 2 years unlimited mile but then you paid for a extended service contract also ? so you have a option to buy a extended onto the 2 years for the cpo for an additional amount of money that goes up to 3 more years ?
