In Dash Display IS 250 F Sport
Currently my in dash screen always shows the navigation as a default screen, even if I'm not using it - does anyone know if it is possible to change it to a different screen?

Welcome to Lexus Family, i suggest you spend some time and play with your Lexus for a bit to figure out, no one can remember unless they are at their Nav screen in their car.
