hello there so I know one of my friend is selling his work emotion cr2p 19x9.5 +25 all around. I wanna put them on my 2015 is350 f sport so please let me will those fit nicely or do I need a better offset. I will have some pictures here. Also let me know what tire size should I get for the rims

Front and rear should fit with a 235/35/19.
Ideally you would want to run a 19x9.5 +40 to +35 in the back and a 19x8.5 +35 to +30 in the front (tires wouldn't be stretched)
How low do you plan to go?

i haven't decide about it going low yet. Maybe in the future so any suggestion about it. Cause I don't want to go low which will start rubbing my tires.

9.5 +25 won't fit in the front without fender work, I'm pretty sure! I'm running 8.5 +35 and it's flush to the fender.
9.5 +25 is like an inch more outward than my setup.

My fenders are rolled and pulled to fit my 18x10 +25. Slammed on coils

are they a good rims company- cause I want them to last longer so please let me know about it. 19x8.5" JDM ADVAN RZ BRONZE RIMS in 5x114.3. Offset is +45

The front will likely rub on the inner fender liner on turns...if not the suspension. May also look a little funny as the wheel will be pushed in more than the stock wheel.
The rear will fit, but might not look the way you want. +45 will have the wheel pushed in much like the stock wheel.
I'm not sure about the quality of the wheels though.

Props for trying to pick an original rim design to put on your IS...but you aren't having much luck with offsets. You really want to try for a +35 on the front and +40 on the rear.
If you want all the rims to be the same, then a +35 front and rear is your ideal choose.
