Thats more than 10k off msrp.
Could be they were able to play with the numbers since he's leasing it.

Not knowing his MSRP or contract details and if we use the information he provided (and assuming it was 50k) + MF of .00110 (idk what his credit like), seems like his residual would be around 56%ish to get a monthly of around what hes getting? If so, it seems like he should've been able to get a better deal, shouldn't the residual of it be like 60%+, which would lower his payment to like 460ish?

Idk, just my thoughts... Correct me if I'm wrong somewhere though.

Correction... my payments are $510.00 (credit score of 803). MSRP was $49.2K, talked them down and then got an additional $1k rebate for military after the fact. SC has a flat rate of $300 for sales tax and $27 for military registration if you're not a resident of SC... which I'm not.

What's the residual, do you happen to know it?

Lol WHAT. $300 fixed sales tax and $27 regs (thanks for your service btw) !?

I paid 10% sales tax which = ~$4400. 'and who knows how much was regs in CA i think it was about $300-400.

Off the top of my head... I think it was a smidge over $28K. For some reason that number is sticking out in my head lol

Thank you! And yes, SC is awesome for their sales tax and registration for military. Probably one of the biggest things I'll miss when it's time to move lol

Wow, I feel I got a terrible deal in comparison. IS 300 F Sport, no ML, but I only got them down to $42k and change (from MSRP of about $47.5k). :/ Anyone have a time machine?

You have to take into account that he has saved ~4000 in tax/lic/reg because of the state laws and whatnot.

The selling price for my is350f was ~42k from msrp of 49,433. I paid 47.5K otd.

Ah true. I need to get my numbers straight - offhand I don't recall how the tax, etc. played into it.

Forgot to update. Ended up getting spot delivered. Had to take it back after 2 days while they were trying to get my co-signer approved. Apparently she wasn't strong enough. Sure sucked having the car for 2 days, only having to return it.

Just bought my IS350 F Sport last week... sticker was $49,215..discounted down to $44,000 plus $2k in lease cash and conquest cash so my total cap cost was $42k...roughly 14.6% off sticker. I only put down enough to cover drive off fees. OP's MF isn't too bad just that cap cost is not enough of a discount. Never put down $5k on a lease. If you total the car tomorrow...all $5k will be gone just in an instant.

Keep in mind WA has ~9% sales tax. Probably $40-50 of that is sales tax - tax is paid for through your monthly payment, not covered up front.

For the OP: The payment is of course consistent with all the data provided - the two dials to turn are the sale price and the money factor, so if that was the best you can get on both fronts, then it sort-of is what it is. I got out of a lease on a 2015 Acura TLX (SH-AWD) which had very similar sales prices and down payment as you, and I was in for like $505 / month. I think my MF may have been just a tad lower.

I know I'm late to the party, but yeah Bellevue adds a bunch of stuff to the car and then makes you pay for it. I've heard Tacoma is better to work with. Never been to Seattle.
