hi club lexus i have a 2014 lexus is 250 my contacts are being transferred to my car ,but every time i leave my car and return its updating my contactct list .the contacts are not being saved on my car why is this.

The answer is that your assumption that the contacts transfer (aka copy) to your car is not correct. Your car does not save copies of your contacts. If it did, it would still have to synchronize the list every time you reconnected your phone to your car so your car could determine if there were any changes to any of the contact items and sync them. Instead, your car links to your phones contact list every time. It's linking, not syncing. Get it?

If you have an Android phone you must check off a couple of dialog boxes during the initial pairing.
One asked if you want to transfer contacts...check the "do not ask again" box and "agree", The
second dialog box asks if you want to allow texts to transfer...same do not ask and agree needed here.
You can not enable them once paired so just delete the phone from the car/delete the car from the
phone and watch for the two steps when you repair the phone.
