Hey minhael,
Here's some specs I posted on another members build. Ideally you want a front offset of +35 and rear +40 if you're doing a staggered setup still.
Stock F-Sport Wheel specs
18X8 +40 225/40/18
18X8.5 +50 255/35/18
19 inch upgrade with staggered fitment (to keep the exact same tire circumference as the stock 18 inch wheels - no offset as that is wheel manufacturer specific):
19X8.5 225/35/19
19X9.5 255/30/19
19 inch upgrade with staggered fitment - with plus size on tires:
19X8.5 235/35/19
19X9.5 265/30/19
19 inch upgrade with staggered fitment - with plus plus size on tires:
19X8.5 245/35/19
19X9.5 275/30/19
If you want to do a square setup (all rims the same specs) in a 19X8.5, then I would suggest a +35 offset. With your suggested +45 the wheel will be tucked in a little more than you might like...everything would clear though.
You could even do a +40 if you're not comfortable going to a +35 offset.
As you can see from my signature below I went from the F Sport staggered to a square setup that is 8.5 wide with a +35 offset. My front rubs a tiny bit at full lock, but I'm also running a 20 inch rim, so you'll be fine at 19 inch.

I'm going to assume the stock wheels, in which case 25mm and 20mm could fit.
Many install 20mm and 15mm without any rubbing issues...but noted the front could use another 5mm for the flush look.
Some that have put 20mm on the rear have had it rub on one side at least.

What wheels would the spacers be going on?

I’m leaning towards 25 front and 20mm rear.
if I do 15mm would it be flush?
i would get a wheel alignment after installation.
I usually don’t carry any passengers.

Option 1 - F:25mm R:20mm (The most flush fitment with possibility of rubbing in the rear)
Option 2 - F:20mm R:20mm (Fairly flush fitment in the front with possibility of rubbing in the rear)
Option 1 - F:20mm R:15mm (Fairly flush fitment with no rubbing guaranteed)
You can see from your 3 options above that at least one set of 20mm spacers is needed.
I'd suggest getting the one set of 20mm first and installing in the rear. Drive around for a few days and see if it rubs.
If it's good, then leave them on the rear and order a 25mm for the front.
If it rubs, then move the 20mm to the front and order a 15mm for the rear.
With the allowance for the unique build of each car (meaning that each IS is not exactly 100% the same), some were able to squeeze a 20mm on the rear without any rubbing, and some would get rubbing on one side, usually the passenger side.
So it's really hit or miss on the rear. Even with 15mm on the rear, your distance to flush is less than 5mm if you can't fit a 20mm without rubbing.

makes sense now thanks a lot for the options!
