Would changing my exhaust and intake void my warranty?

My dealer said it'll void the warranty for that part. For instance, you put a catback, you no longer have an exhaust warranty. You slam your car, your suspension isn't covered. I'm not sure how an intake would effect the motor warranty.. I haven't touched mine

I got the F-Sport OEM exhaust and installed by Lexus. They said that my warranty would not be voided because I stuck with an OEM exhaust and the install was performed by Lexus too. Also, my exhaust is covered under warranty as well.

My friend has a diesel jeep with the turbo he installed a KN cold air intake and the turbo started leaking Jeep tried to blame the intake after a bunch of BS and providing paper work that states it will not void warranty etc Jeep fixed the turbo .... But he had to jump through hoops to prove it
