all cars do this to some degree. turn the temp to "LO"...you'll still get warmer than outside air though. when i drive without a/c or heat on i close the fresh air.
I posted a same thread a few months back, but it seems like this is normal. I guess the insulation on the pipes are not good enough to isolate the engine heat.
I just had my AC Servo reinitialized to fix a problem with my A/C. It sometimes had warm air coming out of the vents. A/C on or off and inside and outside air selected.

It doesn't have much to do with insulation. All cars are like that. The fresh air intake duct is outside the vehicle below the windshield cowl. If you put it on fresh air, you can hear some sucking noise from outside the car and you can hear where it's coming from.
