Roof Cargo Box

Roof Cargo Box
Has anyone put a cargo box on there IS? Do you have any photo's?
I snowboard a lot in the winter and with the IS being low on space I'm going to be getting a roof cargo box to hold our boards. I am thinking about the Thule Flow. It's really nice and narrow and can fit everything I need. It's actually a little bit longer then necessary. I'm just trying to gauge how it will look on the roof and see some photos. Planning to pick up a Yakima aero bar kit and then add a Thule box, just not sure which one.
Also planning to wrap the box in some snow camo. Just the box not the car.

I haven't executed yet but i'm very close to pulling the trigger. The season is approaching quickly and I like to make sure everything fits nicely before the weather is cold so I can just install and be on my way when it's time to ride!
The plan:
Yakima feet, and flat cross bars
with a Thule Flow box wrapped in camo
I think the box is going to be huge. Our cars roof is tiny. However I think with the shape of the box and how low profile it looks and the fact that I cant fit 4 boards with bindings attached is going to be so fantastic that I'm not too worried about it looking too large.
Let me know what you end up doing.

Gave me a pretty good idea. Hope this helps anyone in the future!

Sorry to dig up an old post, but I'm currently getting ready for snowboard season. Are the Yakima StreamLine cross bars compatible with all the boxes listed here?

Lead Lap
Curious too, moved from CO to TX and had to ship a few boxes after loading up the Lexus to the max
Anyone got an idea what would work specific for the 3IS?
Any help is appreciated!

There is no way to make it look any cooler or less cooler. The Thule carriers and Yakima racks are the industry standard and are designed by users fir users. They work well and in snow communities they look perfect on any car. It tells the world your active and making very good use of your gear. Just go buy them install them and get in the hill.
I’ve never seen them on an is but have on tons of other cars and they all look the same.... good
