Default IS200t drivers - what's your average lifetime MPG?

What are you IS200T drivers averaging lifetime (after reset), per the on-board computer display?

I'm getting 20.5 mpg average 60/40 city/highway on my 2016 200t F-Sport. I wish for about 23-26 average. Stock car. Just blue F-Sport filter.

I find this car does less-than-OK on the street. But if you get in 8th gear and cruise, it can get absolutely ridiculous highway mileage 35+ without trying. 40 if trying. But getting it to move gets the car on boost and a bunch of fuel is dumped in.

i use this app called the GasTracker+ to track my milage. i find it to be a bit more accurate than the on-board calculation.
i drive 50/50 in LA. mostly on eco mode when im driving locally. i find myself getting an addtional 15-20 miles on a full tank

Thanks. We all know actual calculated mileage is more accurate than displayed, but not everyone calculates their mileage and would be nice to be consistent for comparison purposes and use something everyone has--their Lexus onboard computer. FWIW, I found the 3IS to be quite accurate w/ displayed mileage. It's only about .5 to 1mpg off. My CT200H i found it to be about 2-3mpg off. As such I don't really bother calculating. I just deduct 1mpg.

Also we all know 350 mileage as it's been out a long time (2014). This is just to compare 200t mileage only. Just curious what other 200T owners cars show on the on board display for point of comparison.

I miss the days of my CT200h F-Sport. Got 38 mpg without breaking a sweat! $20 fill-ups.

I'm envious of some of you - my average is 19 with my IS350, and I feel that most of my driving is highway....

I've given up trying to drive "eco-friendly" just because it barely made a difference.

My reading is 20mpg in my 2016 200t F-Sport. Mostly in normal mode (sport mode here and there). 60/40 highway/city. But then again I'm pretty heavy off the line so I assume I could get better if I drove more conservatively.

^good point. the mode. i find it makes little difference when you're trying to go some place quickly. you just press the pedal harder.

Woops misread lmao.

In any case, to get better fuel economy. ECO mode helps, and do not have a lead foot.

22-23 average mpg for me. Involves 70% commuting with traffic / 30% highway. Normal driving mode with moderate pedal action.

I get 9L/100KM which works out to 26 MPG. It's 90% of the time in Eco Mode, the other 10% is Sport Mode and it is 50% highway 50% city.
It's always running on 94 Octane if that matters and it includes the idle time on startup (I wait for the RPM to drop below 1K before driving off).

2017 Base model with the 18" F Sport wheels on Nexen N-Fera SU-4.

As per my review, I drive 10-20 over the limit on the highway. I'm hardly ever speeding with this car.

I hope that helps!

Bump.

Just wondering if we can get some more feedback here.

I was consistently getting 19 MPG (90% city) and with some changes to the way I drive, I’m now getting approximately 23.5 MPG (90% city)

Anyone else have input with your experiences?
