Dead Pedal

I didn't see a spot for a screw. I left the stock rubber pad on and just cleaned both surfaces thoroughly with acetone, and used 3m body moulding tape. Put a soft jaw clamp on it overnight.
It's only been on for a few days, so we'll see how it holds up in the long term, but it seems ok so far. I've used it a hand full of times.

That's exactly the one I got, but it's too big to hold on to the existing pad in my car. The opening in the back of the cover is about the same size as the stock pad.
I wonder if they made the parking brake larger for the 2017 refresh...? Anyone wanna check into it?

I went with the OEM e-Brake cover mentioned here and a cheep f-sport dead pedal I found on eBay. the e-brake was just shoe-goo'd on overnight and the dead pedal used 4 screws (sorta into the stock plastic/carpet). Overall along with the LED upgrades I did I am happy that it brightened up that dark cave down there.
Total cost ~$60

it's just the picture. i'd imagine that it would be difficult to install upside down with that small raised area on the righthand side that the parking brake is obscuring. you can see the curvature to that area to the direct left of the parking brake.

ah ok I thought it might be done intentionally for a reason
