Where can I find this Carbon Fiber front lip?

Does anyone know which front lip this is?
It looks like a Lexon lip but I can't find this style for the 3IS bumper anywhere online. Maybe it's a RCF lip that coincidentally lips on a 3IS bumper?

I believe it is apart of the NIA brand (front bumper conversion)
