Considering a 2016 IS350 FSport
Right now I drive a 2012 Camry V6 SE. 40k miles. My Camry runs fine and it's surprisingly fast (270 HP, 0-60 in 5.7 I believe). But after owning it for a couple years I'm getting bored with it and considering making an upgrade.
I'm interested in getting some feedback and input from current Lexus owners. I'm mainly trying to determine if I'm getting a solid deal on this potential purchase (link attached below). I'm also wondering if someone can help me identify which F-Sport trim package this is. I believe this car has the premium sound system. It seems like I heard that there are different "levels" of the F-Sport package.
Anything else I should be made aware of when considering purchasing an IS350?

In the US, I don't think there are levels of F Sport package, but there are individual options that are added. I'd just focus on those. You're right on the premium sound; in the features section it mentions "Navigation Package w/Mark Levinson Premium Audio".
Above all I'd recommend test driving it and making sure everything checks out. In particular, see if it is in fact CPO. That's pretty low mileage for the price they are asking.
As for the acceleration, I don't think the IS 350 will blow you away compared to the V6 Camry. It's going to be in the high 5's. However, the transmission will definitely be a bit better overall. I owned a 4-cylinder Camry before I went to my IS 300, and even the six-speed in the AWD IS models is programmed better than the six-speed in the Camry for my tastes. The handling is of course the main benefit of the IS over the Camry. Even the SE Camry isn't all that inspiring in corners, but the IS F Sport actually feels like it wants to turn!
Best of luck with your purchase!

That seems like a good deal, but I can't tell if it's CPO based on that listing.

I'm not in a position where I "need" a different car, but I like to keep my eyes open for good deals. If it's the right car for the right price (which this seems like it is) then I'll jump on it.
Going to give it a test spin tonight and see how it goes!

It was an auction car.

and it appears it has been repainted:

Be sure to check CarFax. Looks like this car has been bandied about a bit.

Carfax looks pretty clean.

I do wonder why Lexus sold the car at auction instead of letting a dealer sell it as an L/Certified vehicle? That's one thing that would bother me.
