Was vacuuming the center console at the car wash today and heard something loud go through the hose. Realized it was us usb/audio input cover. I know it’s not a huge deal but I’d like to replace this I would imagine the unit itself comes with a new rubber cover but figured I would ask here first.

 

I ripped mines off as soon as I bought the car because its kinda alloying flap that gets in the way.
I typically always have something inserted into the USB ports

Also Doesn't look like its sold separately

 

Walk into a dealer and jack that sht from a showroom IS. LOL.

But honestly, Like SpecOne said, you can buy plastic USB covers that insert directly in them if they aren't used. Idk about AUX ones tho.

 

i did the same as specONE, ripped mine off and threw it in the garbage

 

be glad you vacuumed it up, if you have anything inserted in it, that piece is always in the way.

I never really touched the inside so the rubber didn’t bother me. I’m going to see if I can borrow one from a loaner the next time I bring my car in for service.
