Come in from the top and bottom of the mirror at the edges. apply steady pressure until it's at the maximum flex, then just a little love push it should pop out. The mirror in the above video is held in the same manner minus the metal prongs coming out of it.

Theyre pretty nice, although they don't dim smoothly. It kind of flickers, but oh well for the price can't really complain.
