Rattling while playing music and going over bumps
I wanted your guys thoughts on this. When I play a bass heavy song with the bass turned to max, I hear a few areas vibrating. I have isolated it to the driver side door handle and the plastic part in the visor (looks like a card holder?). It's super annoying, I asked the Lexus advisor and he said "turn the bass down when I drive".. I drove a 2010 Corolla with two 10" subwoofers.. I've never experienced rattling in any of these areas. Hard to believe I have to turn my bass down from the factory system (not even Mark Levinson) to get rid of this.. I hear it on bumpy roads for a little also.

You should Dynamat the doors if you want to get rid of the rattle... The stock speakers aren't meant to be pounding bass out loud anyways, and i'm almost sure it doesn't sound good when you got the bass turned up to the max with the volume turned up.
Also, kind of hard to compare your old setup to the Lexus since you possibly could've had it tuned to where there's no bass coming from your door speakers and only through the subwoofers in the Corolla.

That's a very poor response from a lexus adivsor. It's like me saying my throat gets itchy when breathing and the doctor replying " don't breathe ". I had some ratting when I installed my exhaust at drone level rpms. It seemed to have come from the rear passenger side. It sorta came and went but now its gone mysteriously.

My car also had some rattles with bass-heavy tracks and I took it to the dealer. They insulated the window control panel in the driver's side door and greased the door seals and everything's been quiet since.
I had to pay a little for it, since rattles and such aren't covered by my extended Lexus Extracare warranty, but it was just for 1h work, so not much.
You can ofcourse buy some textile tape yourself and wrap it around the window control panel. And try sticking some cardboard or sth between the visor and the card holder - if that get's rid of the rattle, you can either leave it or figure out some more permanent solution
