I'll like to know which are the best Rotors and Pads for my 2016 Lexus IS200t Sport (Please, not Brembo, too expensive)
It really depends on what you want. In my case, a replacement high carbon vented rotor is good enough - Centric High Carbon Rotors. Pads i opted for ceramic because i was tired of all the brake dust, for those i went with posi-quiet ceramic pads. Ceramics need heat to work well, so they don't have the initial bite that semi-metallic/ stock pads have. You will have to learn to brake a little sooner, but it grabs quickly... so its not concerning at all as well they will last a lot longer than stock pads.
Could you recommend me any link Where to buy thoses?
I'm Canadian so im not sure where the best place to buy them for you are... but Rockauto.com is where i get my stuff.
Here are the Part Numbers for F Sport brakes (the big brake kit) Rotors:
Front Right: 125.44137
Front Left: 125.44138
Rear: 120.44189
Also to answer your questions about slotted and drilled.
Drilled used to help with the off-gas of older generation brake pads, they're basically for looks now...
Slotted provides off gas feature as well and shaves a layer off your brake pads for a fresh new braking surface, unnecessary for street use and reduces pad life.
Awesome! I will check them later. Right now, when I run my car and try to stop it, I feel a vibration in the brake pedal and a weird noise, I released it and applied again and it stop. It Not always happens. Do you think that I need to align my wheels or it is about bent rotors?

If your car doesn't drive straight and wanders, its an alignment issue.
If you feel pulsing in the brake pedal its likely warped rotors.
If you hear a sound like metal on metal its your brake pad wear indicators.
If you are driving at high speeds and it consistently vibrates its a tire balance issue.
Whats the mileage on the car? its likely you need new brake pads as OEM has a short life span. Rotors should last longer though... but it varies between users/ situations/ environment.
I am not a mechanic, this is just personal experience and semi-educated guesses... lol
Make sure to verify those part numbers fit your car.
Just 19000 miles. 2016 Lexus is200t sport.
I already change the pads, like a 4 months ago.
Also, I need to replace my tires, the front tires are making a lineal mark outside. And my ceramic pads, look how clean keep my wheels, I think they scam to me when I replace them.

I experienced the same issue, the front tires wear out really fast on the outside and i got new Yokohama Advan Sport.
You may have had the brake pads replaced but didnt do the rotors, so the rotors are likely warped, causing the vibration in your pedal. I always like to replace pads with rotors. Did you have them serviced at a Lexus or Toyota dealer? Get them checked out. I like Genuine Lexus brake parts personally, especially with your car still under warranty.

Ceramic pads do not keep your wheels clean. They "reduce" (not the right word) the amount of brake dust. All ceramic will make some sort of brake dust. It could be light or it could be thick as semi-metallics.
Don't exclude a bent wheel or bad tire causing pulsation or steering wheel shake.
When your new tires are fitted, have them check the wheel for trueness.
