What's everyone's opinion on the park assist option? Worth it to have those dots all over the bumpers or not?
I would put that in the category of "nice to have but not a must-have option".
I did not have it on my IS and was fine with that. It's not a big car and it's not hard to learn where the corners and ends of the car are. I have it on my GS, and with the larger size of the GS it's a bit more handy but even then I'd be fine without it. I had it on my RX and on my current Highlander and I find it to be much more beneficial on a car of that size.
I have it on my IS and I couldn't live without them. I seriously have no idea how I drove before them. Granted, I haven't been driving for a terribly long time.
Since yours is a 2018 is350, it should be equipped with an LSD right? Do you notice any difference in handling compared to the 2017 you test drove?
I didn't notice a difference since it was at least 1 month between my test drive and the purchase of my new car. Plus I didn't push the car too hard on the corners since I had a pretty sales woman sitting next to me.
Such a beautiful car. Hey skiracer, if you get the chance, can you post a picture of the tail lights while illuminated at night? I have yet to see a 2018 model on the street here in Chicago. I want to see if the tail lights look any different from the 2014-16 models. Thanks and congrats
