Default Leasing IS200T

Leasing the IS200T tomorrow. Need some opinions please. Is it worth it to purchase the pre-paid maintenance plan for $1070? Wear and tear package for $775? I've never leased a vehicle before (always owned) so all feedback is appreciated.

I'd opt out of pre-paid maintenance but would consider wear and tear.

On my IS 350, i asked the maintenance department my out of pocket costs if i paid for all the maintenance out of pocket up to 90K miles.

Check this post and attached spreadsheet for the costs, then u can compare to see if the deal they offer u is any good;
