2014 IS250 F-sport All season tire suggestions
Need to get some new tires, wondering what the best recommendations are? Got some great suggestions on what to get for my LS from members and I'm certain I won't be disappointed here as well.
Looking for a quiet all season that can handle occasional snow and ice, NJ driver here.
Thanks for reading.

I was in the same spot you are right now a few months back when my rear tires went bald! I researched my options and I chose the Continental DWS06 All season tires! At the time there was a $75 rebate from Continental Tires, so I took advantage of that! A few members on here have the same tires as well and I've heard nothing but positive feedback regarding their experience(s). Having said all of this, I recommend Continental DWS06. Let us know how you make out!

Coming from someone who has had the DWS, DWS 06, AS3 and AS3+, the AS3+ are the best tires I have ever had. Traction is superior to both iterations of the DWS. This may be personal preference, but the DWS and DWS 06 tires are far too soft. The car felt like it was floating, with not much connection to the road. A few other members here have echoed my sentiments. The AS3+ have that ideal balance of handling and comfort, and have performed very very well in the snow and rain.
I dont drive aggressively, but I do like to push the car every once in a while in s+ mode on the curves. I thought maybe I had a bad batch of DWS 06, because the reviews are generally positive. I gave them another chance at my next tire swap. The experience was the same. I would not recommend them.

Thanks all for the suggestions.
For those who recommend the DWS6, how has your experience with threader been? Looking at Tire Rack reviews one of the common complaints with them has been quick wear. Has that been your experience as well?
What about the AS3+? All things being equal (price quality etc) would they be better in tread wear?

I still have plenty of tread on my DWS. I've replaced the stock tires back in Dec 2016. I haven't notice any rapid tire wear, even on the inside which a lot of Lexus are known for.

Another vote for Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ here. Confident handling in wet and dry and good performance in light snow that we've gotten in NY so far.

Like everyone else said, Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ or the Continental Extreme Contact DWS. Both are great tires. Only thing with the conti's.... they're super comfy but they have pretty soft sidewalls so the steering feel isn't as good on them and the handling is a little more sloppy if you've got a spirited driving style.
