Default 32k Scheduled Brake Maintenance? (Canada)

Hey there, I got a 2015 IS 350 AWD FS that's coming around to the 32km mark and I have been doing the maintenance myself so far up until this point.

The schedule from Lexus says it's due for brake service and fluid replacement but that seems really excessive and early to do it at 32k.
What do you guys think?

Lets just say I had to replace my front pads at 40,000 kms. They were down to 1-2mm

Brake fluid replacement, yes. The brake pads, just depends on remaining life. I would replace at 3-4 mm personally. 2 mm is really thin and risks rotor damage.

Is the brake fluid replacement that important? I find that it’s too early to change it and would be a waste of money. I did change the front pads recently (about the same milage ~32k km). I ordered some Akebono on Amazon and replaced it myself. Simple swap only. As for the fluid, I’m leasing for 4 years... and thought I could keep the same brake fluid until then. Is it reasonable?
