Is this possible to do without removing the steering wheel?

yup. pretty much, it should be undo and swap, i.e. plug and play

I did the GS shiftknob swap which is similar but i needed to take the GS shiftboot plastic and transfer it over but the RC should be direct drop in due to shift gate hole being exactly the same.

I’ve been wanting to do upgrade the plastic paddles in my GS since I got the car. I found the parts for the upgrade on this web retailer based out of Japan https://lexusboutique.net/collection...ift-paddle-set

I didn't realize those were the same as the RC-F ones I had seen those for the GS before. Did you order them? I have a upgraded wheel and have been wanting to upgrade my paddles for a while.

I haven’t ordered yet. They have a few things I want to add to my car on their site. I’m planning to order several things from them at once to save on shipping. Their site says shipping takes only a week. I want the shift paddles, the F Sport gear shift **** and the stainless steel pedals. Plan to order in the spring.

its more of a risk of it not fitting due to the design and shape of the steering wheel changing though.

Found some decent deals for the RCF aluminum paddle shifters.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2016-LEXUS-...gAAOSwWv5aSln-

Used pair for 100

Went on https://www.amayama.com/en and entered the part numbers for the paddles shifters. 100 bucks shipped to usa brand new! much much cheaper than US prices. I've used them before and they're reliable
