Default Noob Wheels Question

So I just bought my Lexus about a week ago, I want to remove the wheels and coat them but I always have bad luck with the regular wrench that comes with the car. I want to do it right and get a breaker bar or torque wrench or whatever they use in the shop and obviously the adapter that I would need to get the lugs off and attach the wheel lock key onto. I have no idea where to even start, I tried looking some things up but didnt see exactly what I thought was right. Any help is greatly appreciated! Also what is the tourqe setting I should tighten them to once I have it all done?

Welcome!

Here are some ideas to get you started.
For a socket, I would recommend a deep 21mm, like this:
https://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-14260-2-Inch-Socket-6-Point/dp/B000NQ4QYC/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1519155244&sr=8-3&keywords=21mm+socket https://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-14260-2-Inch-Socket-6-Point/dp/B000NQ4QYC/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1519155244&sr=8-3&keywords=21mm+socket

For a breaker bar, like this:
https://www.amazon.com/Neiko-00206A-Premium-Breaker-Length/dp/B001222378/ref=sr_1_4?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1519155313&sr=1-4&keywords=breaker+bar https://www.amazon.com/Neiko-00206A-Premium-Breaker-Length/dp/B001222378/ref=sr_1_4?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1519155313&sr=1-4&keywords=breaker+bar

Torque wrench:
https://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-24335-2-Inch-ft-lb-13-6-203-5/dp/B00C5ZL0RU/ref=sr_1_4?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1519155553&sr=1-4&keywords=torque+wrench https://www.amazon.com/TEKTON-24335-2-Inch-ft-lb-13-6-203-5/dp/B00C5ZL0RU/ref=sr_1_4?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1519155553&sr=1-4&keywords=torque+wrench

For the torque spec, refer to the Specifications section at the back of the Owners Manual. The index for that section will point you to the Wheels and Tires.
Better you get familiar with that section of the manual now for when you need to look things up later on.

Do you recommend buying a tourque wrench then to finish the job?

Any DIY folks have a collection of tools. For working on wheels, air compressor, air wrench, good floor jack are good to have items. Torque wrench is need for properly installing wheels too. Always Best tools you can afford. Good for safety you can pass down generations. I resist buying anything from HF unless you are going to use their tool for
one time project.

You will likely use it many times and it can be used for a variety of things where torquing is essential. I would recommend getting one.
Certainly a little more research is warranted to find a quality brand that you are comfortable with the price.
The socket and breaker bar really don't make a difference as you're just using them for the wheels, for removal.
I don't think anything else on the car is a 21mm, but the breaker bar might come in handy for a few other things.

Torque wrench is essential.
