Default Roof Wrap and chrome trim overlay pricing.

Just wondering what shops are charging you guys to do a roof wrap and chrome trim "delete"
I'm unsure if my quote of $550 CAD (~$435 USD) and 5 hours for a roof wrap and trim in gloss black is reasonable.

And if anyone knows of a shop near Ottawa, ON i should go to please share!
Places seem to be limited...

plastidip your window trims. $550 seems steep. we've wrapped a friends roof before. it wasn't perfect, but a fun diy for a fraction of the price.

I paid $130 for a roof wrap in gloss black in Jacksonville, FL. That quote seems pretty steep.

I can wrap my roof in 30 minutes. Couldn't imagine spending 4 and a half hours on a chrome delete.

I personally had my window trims plastidipped 1.5 years ago and i can say its the most horrible material i have ever dealt with (Note that i sprayed it thick so its easy removal)

It looked great and felt great for about 6 months, thats when issues started occurring. It got sticky when its hot and over the year, it got thinner; started to look gross (Note: it also doesnt rain as much in California either, I cant imagine it being any better in cold weather).

Removing it to lay down vinyl was a nightmare, even with the use of goof off.

Go with vinyl wrapping, you can do it yourself (for window trim).
