I just finally replaced the front Turranzas after 26k miles, one of them was about to blow completely.
Went with Pilot Sport A/S 3+.

mine were done at 23k

Changed mine at 18k. The fronts had pretty bad inner toe wear and metal thread were barely visible. Could have gotten another few thousand miles, but decided not to risk it. The rears had no signs of toe wear and had at least 10k left on them. I think many people are changing them at their very limit as toe wears are hard to notice unless there is a significant wear.
Invest on some harder LCA bushings if you want the front tires to last.

Love the AS 3+, even if theyre just on my fronts.
Theyre much quieter compared to my bald-like slick Turranzas I just peeled off.
Yikes.
Front left tire partially came apart on me while I was driving from Santa Monica to OC.

I just switched to the as3+ tires and love them. The handling, grip, and performance have been great so far. I've heard about the noise complaints from the as3+ on other posts but I haven't experienced that myself. I've driven in the rain, ice, and snow with these tires and they've handled well. I've also gone over 132mph on the Autobahn here with them and the ride was smooth and quiet.

TBH, I don't know. I expected the tires to go around 25k. But my Lexus tech friend checked it and told me I got about 70% all around.
I do a lot of HWY commute, and I don't drive or brake hard. My stock brake pads are practically new as well lmao
