Default Looking at a 2014 is350 with 62K miles

Hey guys,
I am a new member who is looking for a is350 as a DD. Currently I drive a silverado and with my new commute it isn't an ideal vehicle, plus it's boring. I have come across a 2014 Is350 with 62k miles on it for $23,500. The car is in excellent shape with not even a scratch or mark on the interior or exterior. I have read from you guys the difference in the 14 and 15 models and the center console finish and the seat/steering wheel heater/ ac is not a deal breaker for me. My question is at 62K miles am I paying to much and have you guys had issues past the 62K mile marker? The oil looked good with no burning smell to it. and again whoever owned the car before kept very good care of it.
And lastly as I know from many other forums I am a member of we all like pictures. Here is my weekend/ fun car....1966 datsun roadster

Off the top of my head, dynamic grid backup lines are not available on the 2014 and the pertinent 2014 battery drain/ECU issue (theres a huge thread on this)

Yeah I read about those. The car was serviced for the first part of its life at a dealer and on the carfax it did mentioned about a electronic update/upgrade. I figured it was the ECU issue / battery drain.
