New wheel purchase question...
I haven't seen this anywhere but has anyone successfully ran the following setup without rubbing? Planning on running RSR down springs.
19x8.5 +32 235/40/19
19x10 +42 255/40/19
I would like a bit of a meatier tire since i live in NY.

Your setup with 40 profile will rub if you have more than 3 persons in your car, once you lower the car, suspension geometry changes, you expect bottom out and Rub, unless you drive the car alone
If i were you the front i will go 235/30/19 as well , i guaranty you 90% no rub when you turn, but you gotta do a research. you plan to lower with RSR down, thats why 30 profile tire in the front is perfect. i am no expert but i lowered car before IS was born !

I currently have 225/35r19 +35mm in front and 225/35r19 +35mm in rear. Little to no rub but im very close to the rear bumper. I believe the extra 7mm of backspace on the rear will clear any rubbing issues. I would go 225/35 in the rear.

My personal recommendation:
19x8.5 +32 235/35/19
19x10 +42 265/30/19
Two reasons:
1. 235/35 and 265/30 have the same rolling circumference (or as close as you can get)
2. 255/30 tire has a typical rim fitment of 8.5 to 9.5 inches in width...so it would be slightly stretched on a 10 inch rim

What are the rim specs? Based on the tire size, I'm guessing the rims are all 19X8.5.
