Hello everyone. I need some help with my wife's 2014 IS250. I have searched the forum and haven't been able to find this exact problem for a gen 3. A few days ago on her way to work the screen automatically reset and it started cycling on and off every 3 to 5 seconds. Yesterday I remove the negative battery cable and reset the system but now the screen stays black and will not even try to come on. The back-up camera works fine but nothing else. Thank you in advance for any help.

Sounds like what other people on this forum have encountered. It's broken so needs to be replaced.

It is probably the stereo and not the display that is the issue.

Try to press the Hold the power/Volume button on the stereo for a while to see if it gets it to wake up.

I solved a similar issue before and it was related to voltage interruptions. Make sure nothing is plug to the cig and usb output and see if it still recycle for couple days.
