Anyone have experience turning in a lease with Lexus? I'm in Massachusetts - Herb Chambers is the local dealer. Wondering if they are sticklers for dings, marks on the wheels, and tire tread depth.
Thanks in advance.

This is definitely a per dealer basis. My friend who recently turned in his '15 350 with Lexus of Rockville (MD) said that they told him that small dings and scratches shorter than 3 inches were part of normal wear and tear. Curbed wheels especially on optioned wheels such as F-sport wheels are considered damage that must be repaired and usually they will ding you for that. As long as the tire tread is still above the legal limit of 2/32", they should not ding you for that.

Thanks. I've had some experience in the past with Acura, where they hire a 3rd party inspector to look at your car in advance of turning it in. He was real casual about it and didn't seem to care about damage. They took it back with no questions asked even though there was some pretty good damage (scratches, curb rash, etc.). Just wondering if Lexus does something similar with a 3rd party.
I have the F Sport package but I put snow tires/rims on the car in the winter so they are in good shape.

Here is a checklist of what to do at end of lease. The number to call for complimentary pre-inspection is on there too.
From my experience, these companies are pretty lenient.
