Does your sunroof make this sound?
I brought my car into the dealer for an array of things, one of which was that the sunroof makes a snapping noise when lowering back into the roof. I have a video attached. As per the SA they fixed the problem and it's fine. I was rushing out and never checked to see if it sounds the same and well, it does. Maybe it's supposed to sound this way and I'm only noticing now?

That’s definitely not normal!

Negative to that being normal.
It kinda sounds/looks like the rubber seal is hanging up on the opening in the roof.
Maybe the seal is dry and needs a little silicone lube, or possibly the glass is adjusted a little tight towards the rear.

That is definitely out of adjustment. I’d think the dealer would’ve just dropped the headliner and made the appropriate adjustments to fix it. Hopefully you can get it taken care of.

I have had issues with my sunroof as well. The black accordion piece on each side that expands when you tilt the sunroof up tends to become dislodged. It's pretty easy to snap back into place, so not too big of a deal. However, I've noticed that sometimes it can get caught in the mechanism that opens/closes the sunroof. I would check to make sure that this is not the issue for you.
Good luck!
