What was the plug on the drivers side connected to?
I see the plug just sitting there and it doesn't look damaged. Was it plugged into anything?
Unfortunately because the IS300h is not sold in North America, it will be near impossible to find a wiring diagram here. Only if there are members from across the pond that have found the diagrams you need.
on the place ...i think its will be pedestrian sensor but dunno rly

As someone mentioned previously, yellow connectors are part of the SRS (airbag) system.
If you can start the vehicle and the SRS light goes out after it's self check (about 5 seconds), then the system is fine and maybe both those connectors were not connected to anything.
If the SRS light stays on, then there is a code set. If you can retrieve the code with a Techstream, then that will likely tell you what the malfunctioning component is, and then you can repair.
Toyota/Lexus absolutely does not recommend repairing SRS harnesses...if they are damaged, the effected harness needs to be replaced. They won't sell the connector to repair it.
That "Pop Up Hood Failure" warning is not on North American cars.
It would appear that it's telling you the hood open/close position sensor has an issue.
If the broken wires are for the hood switch, then you should be able to see the hood sensor at the hood latch, and what is left of the connector/wires.
Repair as necessary and the warning should go away. Maybe the sensor itself is also damaged.
Do you have any close up photos of the hood latch?
