Default Possible to add blind spot oe mirror with sensors?

I have a base lexus is200t. I was wondering if ita possible to add the oem mirror that displays the arrows when someone druvesby and utilitieze it. What kind of efford woukd this take.

The lights in the mirrors are just that. Lights. There are sensors in the rear bumper that actually sense for things in your blindspot. Doubt it's cheap to get new sensors and however it mounts. Then possibly programming if its even possible. There's a chance that it requires the other driver assists to work properly. I dont know for sure.

I can't live without BSM. And there's been a few instances where it saved my bacon. Especially love the rear cross traffic alert
