Just got the F Sport air filter, and they came covered in this slightly oily/greasy film on the rubber sides & edges (that don't smear or spread with some light elbow grease). Is it safe to drop in, or should I wash it entirely before doing so?

Does anyone have the measurements for the Mufflers from the '21 OEM IS350 exhaust system? I am considering doing a muffler and tip swap with Black widow mufflers instead of any of the axle/cat back systems. Im not a fan of "ricey sound" and I had Black widows on my Tacoma and friends have had them on other vehicles. I need to know which of their mufflers will fit. Im very interested in their sound on the Lexus V6 vs. the Toyota v6 motor, I had the 4.0L V6 in my Tacoma. TIA
We were told that our 2013 CT200H needed reprogramming. The shop we took it to did not do this type of work. My questions are:
1. Are the dealerships the best place for reprogramming the ECU/ECM? It idles rough, misfires and taps.
If dealerships are expensive (the usual story) and the independent shops do reprogramming does anyone know of any reputable businesses in South Orange County, CA?
Looking to get the 21+ F Sport exhaust (PTR03-53210). Does anyone know if gaskets come with the order? If not, does anyone have the specific part number for them? Trying to keep things with OEM for now. Thank you in advance!
