Default Tires

I need to replace front tires on my 2016 I S 300/ Lease? The vehicle has 28,000 miles and I am 28 months into a 36 month lease. Tires wore only on the inside with the wire cord showing. Tires can not be rotated and I want to replace only the front ones. I leased my vehicle in Colorado.

1. Can I only replace only the front tires?
2. Can I go to any tire dealer?

Yes and yes, But the rear is about done with 28k miles. You will probably want to replace all 4. Get some cheap tires since it is a lease,

You probably need new front and rears, my mechanic mentioned that rears are extremely important to protect against oversteer.
