is 250 f sport conversion

Can someone show me the thread to have to do the f sport conversion? I know i found it prior but now i cant seem to find.

Is the F-sport package worth it over the non-f-sport model, when buying new?

I have no idea man, I bought mine used back in 2016. The F sport has a more aggressive look and thats why i want to change my 2015 is250 bumper into an f sport.
