A straight pipe is no cat, resonator, or muffler. It will be loud. A catless midpipe is just that. A midpipe with the catalytic converter. You would still have mufflers/resonators.
As of right now I have a resonator delete + tsudo axle back. I was going to get tsudos catless midpipe but if straight piping that part of the car is the same thing, I might as well save myself $300. Is that correct?
Yes you could have someone build you a "test pipe" which replaces the cats with a straight piece of tubing. Or just have a shop build you a whole new midpipe.
