that's a 17+ non f-sport rear valance. I like this one better than the fake vented f-sport version.
Also, you could have just bolted on the tip between the car year. The tips are also the same PN from 15+ RCxxx models.
The 2014-16 IS doesn't have the bracket on the mufflers for the tips to bolt on. I could of gotten it customized, but just decided to get them welded on.
No problem. The rear valance with cover was $260 from lexuspartsnow.com. I was lucky to find the muffler tips on a Japanese website called croooober.com for $100 shipped. I installed the valance myself and the shop charged $60 for welding the tips.
