Not a diagram, but maybe these pics will help. The first pic shows the stock bushings. The pic is take from underneath from about mid vehicle, bottom of the picture is towards the front of the car. Second pic shows the aftermarket bushings installed, again bottom is towards the front of the vehicle.

How long have you had the bushings installed?

I installed them in May of this year. Replaced the tires at the same time. Inner tire wear on the old tires were terrible. New tires show no sign of wear so far.

That is great. How is the ride? I know there are mixed reviews regarding the NVH after the install.

any increase in interior vibration while driving or idle? My car isn't a race car so I would steer away from hard solid bushings such as the figs and RR.

Ride definitely feels stiffer, but not unpleasant. The only time I really notice is when I have to cross train tracks (unfortunately I have to cross several on my way to and from work). No increase in vibration at all, driving or idle. I've been religiously checking my inner tire wear, and so far so good. If this extends the life of my tires, then IMO it's money well spent.

Do you see yourself having to regrease the bushings in the near future? I'm suspecting its something thatd need to be done maybe once a year, but no idea.

I probably should, the instructions that came with the bushings most likely recommended that, but who reads instructions right? Considering I bought a whole tub of grease for that install, and only ended up using about two finger dabs of grease, I have plenty of left over grease to use. I'll try to remember to do this the next time I'm under the car, probably on the next oil change.

This is a great way to spend $80. Recommended.
Where did you get these for $80? Best I found is $100 for both.

There are plenty of sites that have them super cheap. I’ll try to find the thread that @nan88 posted in with the links.

After a little more reading, the GS/RC bushings also fit the 2IS...maybe for those that have both a 3IS and 2IS this might be helpful.

Also found a site selling for $27 USD, but I'm waiting for them to tell me what shipping is. I have a feeling I'm gonna get F****d on shipping lol
What they don't know is I live in Canada and I'm used to getting F****d on shipping lol

Maybe there was a price change or a discount code use?
